Mölnlycke is looking for a Procurement Excellence Manager to join the global procurement team, with the mission to enable and ensure a consistent approach for all types of purchase in all business areas thru deep data insights, simple processes and technology and scaled operations support.
This position reports to Global indirect procurement director and is based at our Head Quarters in Gothenburg in a great team with a good spirit! Do you want to join?

In this position you'll
• lead and drive global strategic initiatives within the Global Procurement Community, such as digitalisation and global capability improvements.
You'll own the responsibility to plan, execute and develop the global processes, procedures and tools including risk management, KPI development and reporting.
Your communication skills will be of great importance to succeed in this position to be able to inspire and train others and being the procurement representative in both external and internal audits.
Your analytical skills and commercial mindset will bring the procurement community insights that are crucial for success
Your stakeholder management skills will be of great importance as you'll act as the interface between Procurement and other functions working with strategic initiatives.

Your tasks will include:
Establish and drive implementation of assigned parts of the Procurement strategy
Identify key improvement activities at the Procurement team level, and set concrete action plans, subject to frequent reviews
Act as document owner and own the responsibility to drive, plan and execute process and procedure improvements.
Identify functional capability gaps and roll out training to the global procurement community
Be the interface towards other functions where procurement expertise and support is required.
Establish and ensure follow up core KPI's for the Indirect Procurement team, and support with KPI input for procurement teams in all Bas
Improve Global Procurement Processes, Procedures and Performance

What you'll need
Academic business and/or Technical degree
• 10 years' experience from procurement
• 5 years' experience from procurement of medical devices
In depth understanding of procurement processes and strategic sourcing
Cost Management and commercially minded
Ability to train/teach others in complex matters in a multicultural setting
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and strategic skills
Language skills - fluent in English
