Procurement Cost Program Manager to join us at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB, in Finspång
What will be my tasks?
• To coordinate and drive a rolling 2-3 year Procurement Product Cost Reduction program for gas turbine core and package (including utilization of dual sourcing, Global Value Sourcing and e-negotiation levers) in conjunction with cross-functional teams consisting of Engineering, Procurement & Manufacturing.
• Lead and project-manage individual cost-out initiatives.
• Ensure correct material cost data in Tacton & SAP.
• Identify, consolidate & drive cost-out opportunities on purchased materials with Research and Development.
What is required of me?
• Skills and ability to manage a major cross-functional project, which includes responsibilities such as reporting and problem solving.
• Technical knowledge of Gas Turbine core & package and the processes required to implement design change.
• Good commercial awareness, preferably understanding the productivity and procurement in Siemens.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
