Are you interested in working with procurement for a world leader in tech at their Nordic Head Office in central Stockholm? Then this position is for you!

Consultant assignment; 6 months with possibility for extension

Procurement Coordinator

In this role you will coordinate the requests for any purchase from internal Sales and Marketing teams towards the client's selected vendors to make sure that any quote is giving the best value and follows agreement. You therefore need to be structured and possess excellent negotiation skills to reach a win-win for both internal stakeholders and external vendors.



In short, you will be working with:

The internal procurement team and report to the Procurement Manager Sales and Markting teams (mainly the coordinators in each area) Vendors Legal team And all other departments that require some type of purchase of external vendors.


Suitable background:

At least 2 years' experience from Procurement Experience of RFx setup Understanding of vendor categorization Understanding of negotiation tactics Knowledge about e-sourcing systems Fluent in Swedish as well as English
