Sinch is a new and rapidly growing tech company with a SDK that makes adding communication services (voice, instant messaging etc.) to developers’ app really easy. We are a startup with a strong tech and business background and a platform powering millions of people today already. We are based in Stockholm and San Francisco.

The procurement coordinator role is part of the Product team. Responsible for the supply of products and services essential for our company’s operations. Location for this position is Stockholm.

Currently the main responsibilities are:

Perform negotiations with suppliers
Contract management
Analyzing risk factors and cost controlling of suppliers
Keeping track of all orders and keeping close communication with Product Managers
Keeping close communication with other functions of the company (Finance, Operations and Sales)
Identify areas of improvements and implement best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in telecommunications, business, procurement or relevant areas.
Procurement experience, in telecom industry would be a plus
Good analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Excel on an advanced level will be plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Project management skills
Service minded
Fluency in English, written and spoken, is necessary.

Understanding and interest in technology and a drive to learn more about Sinch products. Ability to translate technical requirements from engineering teams to specifications to providers.
