Job Description
Do you want to develop our procurement organization and contribute to a fossil free living within one generation? For our Procurement team for Facility Management & HR Services we are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Category Lead (Nordic) for Integrated Facility Management and Security Services.

Vattenfall is undergoing a major transformation. Our purpose to power fossil free living requires all time high efforts in decarbonization, digitalization and decentralization at the same time as running a top performance operation.

The great thing about this ambition is that we as Indirect Procurement can also make a major contribution to it. We can and must show that we can be fossil-free within one generation. We do this together with our suppliers and the business by, among other things, making services more sustainable.

This position is organized within the unit Indirect Procurement and you will work in an international environment and have a significant impact on Vattenfall realizing its transition to a more sustainable energy portfolio by securing and managing the respective categories at best value for the company by effectively making category plans realizing the challenging category targets. The team has interfaces towards a wide range of different stakeholders internally and externally.

This position reports directly into the Head of Category Management Facility Management & HR services, Security, Travel and Fleet.

The opportunity
As our Category Lead IFM and Security Nordics you will be the procurement lead for this area and interface towards all Vattenfall's Business Areas and Staff Functions and run the category planning and business dialogue processes with them. The main stakeholders are the Facility Management team in the Nordics, the Staff Function Corporate Security and the Security Officers in the Nordic Business Areas. The scope encompass an estimated annual spend of EUR 90 Mio.

Key responsibilities includes:
Define Category strategy for the IFM Category in Nordics with short, medium and long-term goals. Implement the strategy and align with tactical and operational procurement for RE & FM in Nordics
Define Category strategy for the Security Category in Nordics and align the strategy with the groupwide category Lead for security
Work closely together with all stakeholders as Business Partner to fulfill their wider sourcing needs within the organizational unit, understanding and anticipating their requirements and needs by supporting to ensure that requirements on Security, Sustainability, Health & Safety are anticipated and included in Supplier Onboarding and Management
Develop, implement and execute Sourcing strategies for the (sub-) categories securing the best value for money for Vattenfall for each categories and market situation; ensure that services and/or products are sourced in accordance with the relevant compliance & approval processes (protecting the company from regulatory, reputational and financial risks)
Develop Supplier Management strategies focused on relationship- and performance management as well as supplier development. Continuously engage suppliers to drive performance management, manage & mitigate risks, resolve quality issues and generate market intelligence and act as Strategic Supplier Manager for the IFM Supplier(s) in the Nordics
Provide relevant market expertise (commercial and procurement) for a range of procurement activities within the business

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe you are solidly experienced in Sourcing and Category Management (preferably in Facility Management or Security related categories of significant spend).
In addition to this we believe you have:
A relevant University degree (or equal) and minimum of 10 years' in international category management & international sourcing or equivalent role
Solid experience of running Strategic Supplier Management plans together with Stakeholders; Experience with the implementation of different partnership models and solid understanding for procurement law (preferably also EU-tender law/LUF)
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Results oriented, with strong commercial and analytical skills
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to connect and build relationships with strong ability to challenge and lead
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Additional Information
Location: Stockholm (Solna). We work 51% at the office, 49% hybrid. Your future team is located in Stockholm, Amsterdam and Berlin. Regular Business Travel will be part of your role.
