Aurobay Procurement has started an exciting journey to drive operational excellence through strategic plans and to become an innovative, cooperative and customer focused procurement organization. We are working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to innovate and pool our skills to address risks and improve outcomes for our customers, factories, colleagues, and their communities. Our focus is to develop and empower an inclusive community and ecosystem in a resilient and business driven environment. We are now extending our Procurement Management Team through recruiting a Procurement Business Partner.
What will you do?
You will be working closely with the Head of Procurement and the Procurement Management Team. This is a role of combining project coordination as well as executive assistance. The development opportunities on this position are project leader / manager within business areas at Aurobay.
• You will have a vital role in the organization, working closely with the Head of Procurement with daily tasks such calendar management, travel arrangements, administrative management and coordination of meetings, people and activities.
• You will be handling confidential, business critical information and ensuring the team's ability and priorities.
• You will be the key collaborator to keep track of deadlines, action items on ongoing projects and task forces both internally at procurement and cross functionally.
• You will be Procurements communication lead. Acting as share point site owner to create and maintain materials stored for administration purpose and also to lead and drive preparing communication plans and material for both internal and external purpose with key stakeholders and suppliers.
• You will be supporting the Procurement Management Team with planning in-house and off-site activities
• The role is based at Aurobay in Gothenburg, and you will report to our Head of Procurement. Occasional travelling, both domestic and international is included in the role.
Do you fit the profile?
• You have 2-5 years of prior executive assistant experiences or business project management related experiences.
• You are a trustworthy, well organized and solution-oriented person with excellent service as a top priority.
• You have strong leadership capabilities, are independent and a self-starter, and enjoy performing in a fast paced and goal driven environment. You have a high level of personal integrity and ability to interact with people in different environments and contexts.
• You are interested in business and are result driven.
• You are fluent in both English and Swedish.
• You are skilled in Microsoft Office and can easily learn and adapt to new systems.
Bonus skills:
• Experiences in Procurement, Finance or Sales.
• Capability to conduct research and analysis.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, Chinese is a merit.
You like communication and are a curious person with high integrity, systematical and have an agile thinking. You are self-driven and structured individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.
