The role
We are looking for an ambitious, results oriented and driven Procurement Analyst to join our high-performing finance team at our Swedish head office in Malmö. You will contribute with your professional knowledge and skills and a drive to outperform paired with high learning agility.
You will report to the Procurement & Facility Manager taking a key role within our organization in driving indirect procurement operations and strategies, managing a portfolio of sourcing categories and finance procurement projects.
As a Procurement Analyst, you will work operationally with implementing supply strategies and supporting supply projects from analysis to tendering, contract negotiation, digitalization and implementation on limited geographical scope and/or spend volume. You will get a chance to review supplier performance and develop suggestions of improvements.
You will be able to development and implement initiatives within our portfolio of indirect sourcing categories, which includes Vehicle management, Marketing, Travel management, Consulting services, Telecommunication, HR services, operating supplies and other indirect categories of goods and services.
Your key objectives will be to ensure we have effective supply processes in place to meet the needs of our growing business whilst ensuring employee satisfaction and positive contribution to sustainable value creation. You will be part of managing the relationship with internal and external stakeholders and provide operational support for key meetings and events in the business. You will stay close to the market and introduce innovation to further develop our Lean approach within Hilti.
The roles contains a broad range of responsibilities; from performance review, ad-hoc business analysis & category strategy, project management, process improvement, optimizing spend opportunities and digitalization within procurement. This role requires someone who is a master of excel.
What you need is:
A master degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics or similar
1-3 years' experience in supply chain, finance or project management in a multinational organization.
Ability to collaborate with supply managers, internal stakeholders and suppliers, as well as network with internal/external organizations.
Good analytical skills with a passion for reporting and ability to take ownership for different projects and suppliers.
Ready to do operational purchasing work in addition with the ability to see the bigger picture when defining our procurement strategy.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
A proactive and organized way of working together with being self-aware and act on feedback.
Excellent teamwork skills and eager to learn and develop.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Excel)
Positive and energetic attitude together with the ability to be open and listen to the organization.
Knowledge of SAP business warehouse (BOA) or other reporting systems is an advantage
Your working style is proactive, and you have a "getting-things-done" approach, strategic mind-set and self-reliant personality with good communication skills
Passion to learn and drive to succeed
Fluent in English
