In this role the consultant must have good exposure and understanding of administrative processes and systems, ideally in the area of public procurement. You also need experience in data management and monitoring, and previous experience of working in an international environment is essential. To be successful in this role, being a team player with strong communication skills is essential. You should also be reliable, well-organized, and able to deliver results while meeting customer expectations. You can easily adapt to changes within your work and have genuine interest in administration.
Job assignments:
• Creating and supervising purchase orders
• Handling inquiries related to procurement from both internal and external sources
• Assisting the Group Leader Procurement Administration and Procurement Officers with procurement tasks
• Managing and organizing procurement files
• Ensuring that data and price lists in the procurement module of the ERP system and EAM are accurate and up-to-date
• Generating reports on procurement activities
• Preparing Requests for Quotations
• Completing any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor
Requirements:
• University degree in a related field or have A-levels/high school diploma with relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in procurement or administration within a commercial setting.
• Proficient in computer skills, specifically in MS Office
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Agresso, is a plus
