We are now looking for a Process Engineer for our site in Nyby.

Job description
This is an exciting role that provides you with the circumstances to not only develop your skills and build your career but also have a great impact on Outokumpu as a company. The primary objective is to lead and execute process changes to ensure that we meet the requirements our customers set for our products. You will also partake, or lead product development projects intended to improve the products we have and greatly influence the stainless steel we can produce in the future. You will cooperate closely with professionals in multiple departments across Outokumpu in Nyby.
Additionally, you will participate in a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and become responsible for improvement projects. You will also get an opportunity to share your knowledge in Outokumpu's international graduate development program called Form your Future.
What we are looking for
To qualify for this role, you will need:
Recent Bachelor's/Master's degree in Material Technology or equivalent
Maximum 2 years of work experience preferably working with industry furnaces
Training in project management and Maximo/SAP is highly valued
Strong interest to develop cross-functional and international and willingness to travel
High career aspirations with a hands-on attitude and enjoy taking own responsibility
Eagerness to learn and develop and to work in fields new to you
Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken) is required
