As a Process Technology Development Specialist at Oatly you will be able to spread your wings in the field of process technology, developing new technology and processing solutions that contributes to the global technology development roadmap. You will be a key player in Oatly 's ability to deliver next generations outstanding process technology and process control. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues in our regions and towards external suppliers and different knowledge centers world wide.
Here's what you would do,
In this role you will contribute with knowledge, know-how and expertise in process technology, with a focus on developing innovative process solutions that help create world-class products. You will be a partner and a source of know-how in process development, supporting the global product development, engineering as well as production and supply teams. Building and adding on to Oatly 's process technology expertise, with your depth of knowledge in the area, while working cross-functionally and cross-regionally to deliver on innovation goals.

Your mission and passion is to create, improve and streamline process solutions to contribute to Oatly's global leadership in continuing to be the world leader within liquid oat technology.
• MSc in Chemical Engineering, Process design, Food process technology or Biotechnology
• A minimum of five years' experience in process technology development work
• Work experience in Food sciences or Biosciences
• A minimum of five years industry experience
• Work experience in drinks manufacturing and liquid processes
• Work experience in Food Science, Biotechnology or Biosciences
• A willingness to travel occasionally in your work
We would be thrilled if you also have a PhD within a relevant field. And if you really want to wow us, you have added the layer of experience in milling, separation technology, enzyme bioprocessing and/or fermentation. We would also prefer if you have experience in Project Management and/or knowledge in Experimental design. International experience is another plus.
It is necessary that you are fluent in English and a plus if you have knowledge in the Swedish language.
