hela Sverige Supplier Management within Site Material Supply is responsible for the performance of external suppliers and replenishment of material to BNET Site Material warehouses globally. This involves development of the inbound Supply Chain, dimensioning of safety buffers and monitoring of replenishment from- and payments to external suppliers. The unit is located in Borås, Sweden, and reports to BNET Site Material Supply in Kista, Sweden.
Description
We are now looking for a Process Supervisor to drive and develop our global dimensioning, planning and replenishment processes from external suppliers to BNET Site Material warehouses located in Borås, Panama, Singapore and Dubai. You will work with both regional and global processes and enjoy working in a changing and developing business environment.
You will be a vital part of a small and tight Team with aim to deliver a high performing inbound Supply Chain to Ericsson. You have highly developed analytical skills and experience of working with process maintenance and development. You enjoy networking and desire to be the key driver when it comes to developing our organization against operational excellence.
Qualification
• Highly developed research and investigation skills
• Work experience and good knowledge of Change Management
• Good knowledge of Ericsson's supply process and system landscape
• Good knowledge in Supply Chain Management
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Responsible and structured
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Flexible with good overview
• Project Management experience and Six Sigma training (Yellow- or Black Belt) is a merit
You shall have a Bachelor Degree in Science of Business/Logistics or equivalent work experience.
