Process specialist to BSH Home Appliances

We are looking for an innovative business process manager to optimize our business processes. You will be documenting our current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes made to our business processes.

To ensure success as a business process manager, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of business processes within the relevant industry, and extensive experience in a similar role. An accomplished business process manager will be someone whose expertise translates into the realization of our business's long-term objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Area of responsibility (e.g. brand, region) NE Finance
Implementation of best practice processes across all functions; focus on FI and BA related processes. Systematic mapping of the key processes, prioritisation, definition of suitable projects, project leads, implementation and control of effectiveness of changes.
To work with teams across the organization to map and analyse current processes.
Identify and deliver business process improvements that streamline activities, secure compliance, increase quality and efficiency.

• Continuous dialogue and co-operation, developing core processes, ensuring information flow
• Discussion/exchange in regards to process improvement topics.
• Map and assess current business processes and ways of working
• Identify process improvements and redesign processes and ways of working in line with best practices, internal and legal standards
• Identify interdependencies between teams to ensure 'end to end' functionality of core processes
• Identify and work with department leads to ensure ownership and accountability of processes
• Implement, monitor and report on improvements
• Further develop ICS (Internal Control System) and implement process controls, documentation of controls, reporting and optimisation with clear ownership and accountability.
• Work with management to define short-term and long-term objectives and potential gains.
• Revising and updating local procedures and policies in accordance to global BSH guidelines

Specific knowledge:

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of process improvements techniques as e.g. six sigma
• Strong computer skills, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• SAP knowledge advantageous

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or in a related field.
• A Master's degree in business administration will be advantageous

Experience:

• At least three years' experience in business process management in a related industry

Personality

• A collaborative team player, enjoying to connect with people of various background and jointly work on a sustainable implementation of what is best for the company and user.
• Experience from and thriving in working on an international scale, with cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and teams.
• Hands on problem solving approach with the ability to get to root problems quickly gather information and set plans to into action and execution.
• Fluent in English, ideally being proficient in a Nordic language.
