Process Specialist
Machine Control & Electronic Engineer
The areas of Manufacturing and IT are developing into an integrated technology and the driver is higher demands to monitor, control, optimize and automate the entire manufacturing process. This involves increased demands on intra-/inter-machine communication, data compilation, data analysis and presentation of key performance indicators. Manufacturing IT comprise many competence areas and we are looking for a person with high skills in automatization, NC, PLC, HMI, sensors and electronics and with an overview of high level systems such as SCADA, MES and EMI.
Key Tasks:
• Develop and integrate new manufacturing process solutions into machines.
• Specification of hardware
• Specification of Control Software including:
• Defining interfaces between functional parts of the machine
• Defining the human interface to facilitate a friendly use of the system.
• Signal processing and signal analysis
• Debugging and verification of applications
• Participate in standardization activities (Hard ware, Sof ware Diagnostics, Documentation, Operator interface)
• Training of system users
Professional & Business skills:
• An Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic engineer with good knowledge in the machine control, NC, CNC, PLC HMI, automatization, sensors, industrial ethernet and computers.
• Experience of grinding, honing and hard turning
processes and machines is an advantage.
• Good ability to speak and write in English language, a
second or third foreign language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and to work abroad
• Team leading and facilitation skills.
• Pedagogical skills is an advantage

• Self-driven personality
• Good communicator
