Samsung is looking for a Process Risk Supervisor to the Compliance & Risk team at our Nordic headquarter in Kista. The Compliance & Risk team is responsible for controlling management and operation risk incurred by processes not in compliance with Samsung global standard policy & procedures. As Samsung is growing rapidly, there is growing needs to enhance control of process to minimize risks. As part of this team you will be in the center of a journey to ensure that Samsung?s process improvement efforts are directed in compliance to rigorous Samsung global standards. Samsung global standard policy covers all departments including but not limited to finance, sales, marketing, SCM, and Nordic compliance legislation. Therefore you will communicate with all departments? experts in their own areas and support the company with process improvement from business controlling perspective. You will also communicate a lot with our HQ (in Korea) and regional HQ (in UK).
Key Accountabilities:
• Monitoring and analyzing business procedures mainly using Samsung global standard policy (GPPM) and risk monitoring system (Early Warning)
• Create reports and initiate process improvement
• Identify risk incurred by processes not in compliance with Samsung global standard policy
• Provide support to managers and process leaders with process documentation and process improvement
• Support in internal audits from HQ and regional HQ
Requirements:
• Academic degree
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Experience within process monitoring, improvement and/or mapping
• Experience from an international environment
• Good M/S Office skills, and experience in SAP is an advantage
