Description
We are looking for a talent in People Data and Analytics to Boliden Group and Human Resources, to develop and deliver digital and data-driven value to the business in the countries where Boliden operates. As Process Owner you will manage people data, people key performance indicator's (KPI's), and related reporting and analyzing in the framework of corporate responsibility reporting directive (CSRD). An environment, social and governance control program (ESG) to improve ESG data operations in Boliden Group, covering Sweden, Norway, Finland and Ireland. The role reports to the Group HR Director.
Key responsibilities:
Dialogues with stakeholders to ensure demands and expectations are considered
Develop and implement strategy and planning for HR digitalization in people data and analytics
People analytics and development of strategical and operative people KPI 's
Provide people KPI 's to Boliden's board of directors and managers
Integrate people's data and analytics, for example workforce planning, in our business unit processes
Collaborate with the HR organization and other colleagues in sustainability, finance and management on group, business area and business unit level
Manage the process for people data reporting and follow-up process
Manage people data in the annual and sustainability reporting
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics

Qualifications

Key requirements:
An academic degree in a relevant field, such as business analysis, computer science, engineering, finance and control, human resources or statistics
Knowledge of IT applications, reporting and analysis of digital data
Work experience in a relevant field, such as having a proactive role supporting the business with analytics and reporting to track and improve performance
Experience of data visualization and data analysis, and having a similar position in another industry is a merit
We believe that you understand information systems and can enable the transfer and flow of data to facilitate digitization
Professional proficiency in understanding, speaking, writing and presenting in English, knowledge in Swedish and Finnish is a merit
