You will be accountable for:
• Design and implementation of the process
• Working close to various stakeholders
• Improvements to ensure that the process tools continues to be effective
So, who are you?
You have a university degree or equivalent.
You are ITIL certified
Experienced in working in ITIL processes
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
We will attribute great importance to personal suitability.
