The position is based at Euromasters Nordic headquarter in Varberg and reports to the Nordic Finance Manager. As Nordic Accounting Manager you will be responsible for our Swedish entity as well as lead and manage the Nordic Accounting team consisting of Accounting Managers for the other Nordic entities. As Accounting Manager for Sweden you will work with month- and year end closing, taxes, VAT and annual report as well as manage relations with company auditors. For the Nordic Group as a whole you will ensure compliance of accounts, financial statements and reports for our Nordic entities. In your role, you will work in close co-operation with the Shared Service Manager. The key responsibilities is validation of financial data, preparation of monthly statements and reports (both Local and Group), optimization of and streamlining of financial processes and internal control compliance.
Your profile
To fit this role we think that you have a master in Business Administration and at least four years of relevant experience in accounting. If you also have experience from auditing, it would be meritorious. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken are required as the corporate language is English.

Furthermore you are a well organized doer with a strong personal drive and an interest in understanding processes as well as in developing them further. It is also important that you have a business oriented mindset as well as a profound knowledge of accounting principles.
