Tetra Pak Development & Engineering, Packaging Material Project management is driving local implementations of the PM process and as a Process Officer you will be part of Product Maintenance Team.
Packaging Material Product Maintenance process has a great impact on quality by implementing solutions eradicating losses in our converting factories. In this position you will meet many stakeholders across Tetra Pak.
Your role on an overall level will be to assure quality of content in PM process, including Converting Sales procedure, but also support the Technology Development local process owner. You will work closely with Local Process Drivers.
In this position you will be dealing with:
• Assuring quality and consistency of content in PM process based upon World Class Methodology
• Support and implement local business processes, establish best practices and assure consistency
• Providing feedback to process drivers on process gaps
• Integrating Product Maintenance interests in projects and making sure aspects are understood and implemented
• Providing feedback on quality and consistency
• Ensuring communication, training and change management as well as decisions on process improvements based on feedback for processes used within Packaging Material
• Driving continuous process improvement
Publiceringsdatum2011-04-05KvalifikationerIn order to succeed you need extensive communicational and networking skills. We hope you are used to work in a cross functional environment, given this, a very good command of English is required. You need personal drive, structure and analytical abilities combined with goal orientation and flexibility.
We believe that you have a University degree within technical area and WCM/Six Sigma and/or converting factory working experience. You need understanding in process orientation and development of processes. Experience in working with change management would be required.
