• Lead small group of people within CAD/PDM in a subset of Region Europe.
• Plan and adjust schedule and resource in that area
• Provide guideline for some projects or activities
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
• Plan for a specific project with detail activities, schedule and resource
• Prioritize within the specific area
• Assign tasks to each person
• Propose several alternatives with pros and cons
• Provide guideline for the members
• Keep track of the progress of activities or projects
• Manage Issue/tracking log
• Manage Risks and provide mitigating actions
• Following the standard?s methodology
• Lead Smaller Projects
• Provide Support

• Required knowledge & experience:
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
• Bachelor?s Degree in IT or Engineering and 8+ years related experience OR
• Non-Bachelor?s Degree with 12+ years related experience
