Do you have passion for maintenance and processes?
As Process & Maintenance Manager you will be a key player responsible for quality assurance of processes and maintenance for three Tetra Pak manufacturing sites: Sunne, Skoghall and Imatra (Finland).
In this position, you will lead factory equipment maintenance management along with facility maintenance and project management to achieve excellent factory results.
To succeed you need to excel in combining a strategic mindset with a detailed knowledge of maintenance. You will be highly involved in both long term planning on a strategic level as well as day to day activities.
The position is based in Sunne, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Responsible for driving the overall maintenance for all three factories through WCM methodology and maintenance strategy
• Propose and implement factory investments according to factory strategy.
• Act as manager for the Process & Maintenance team
• Lead the local WCM Planned Maintenance pillar
• Responsible for the development of converting machinery according to strategy and in cooperation with R&D
Qualifications
You are a highly motivated and quality-oriented individual with strategic and analytical skills. You are an experienced leader that possess the ability to coach and motivate others. Furthermore, you should be an excellent communicator with strong networking and collaborative skills, both internally and on a global level. You will need to be structured in your way of working and excel in multitasking.
We believe that you have some years of practical knowledge from a senior maintenance related role, preferably in a production environment. You are familiar with quality systems and tools and have experience from working with WCM methodology. Experience from continuous improvement is a merit.
You speak and write English fluently. A high level of Swedish is an advantage.
