We are now looking for a Process & IT Solution Leader in site Eskilstuna that has a desire to work with industrial IT and has team spirit along with energy, high integrity and a strong desire to deliver results.
Process & IT Solution Leader Eskilstuna
In the role of Process and IT Solution Leader you secure availability, stability and improvement of our factory applications. You work proactively with innovations, Industry 4.0 including Machine Integrations and information management.
To your help you have a skilled team of developers and application support personnel that you are leading and coaching to deliver result.
You belong to the local Process & IT Operations Eskilstuna team. In our team, Innovation and Continues improvement are natural parts of our daily work. We put pride in our business understanding, innovative ideas and deliveries.
You develop and keep a good relationship with BSPMs (Business Solution Process Managers), Key user community within VCE and Group IT and HCL.
We also expect you to seek out best practices and innovative ideas from other sites, introduce them to site key users and leaders and implement when agreed.
Other examples of responsibility:
Lead and/or participate in business and IT projects and initiatives
Define and manage the IT Solution delivery plan incl lifecycle execution
Drive risk management and Business continuity plan when relevant
Organize implementation of technical and functional changes

Your profile
As a person, you are a team player, have a genuine business interest and are able to motivate yourself. You have experience and understanding on business applications for manufacturing industry. If you also have project management skills in agile way of working that would be even better.
Experience or strong interest in Industry 4.0 including Machine Integration will be valued as this is an area of focus in the factory.
Since you will be working with peers in other countries, English is a must.
You are open-minded, positive, creative, and have a "make it happen", "learn on the fly" attitude. You can take decisions quickly and enjoy solving problems and collaborating with your network to deliver high quality solutions.
