We are now looking for a Process & IT Manager Braås that has a desire to work with and develop people, has team spirit along with energy, high integrity, and a strong desire to deliver results.
Process & IT Manager Braås
You will secure local and global solutions availability and stability, new solution deployment, processes and solutions harmonization. You will Manage and/or execute support, education and improvement activities related to business processes and P&IT solutions on the site.
You will secure a good relationship with Plant management team and coordinate Process & IT activities with key users / End users in collaboration with both Group IT and HCL teams.
Process & IT Manager has responsibility for setting P&IT priorities aligned with the local management team and global P&IT priorities.
Part of your responsibility is to Ensure the alignment of processes with business strategies together with site leadership as well as prioritize stabilization, education and improvement activities together with site key users and leaders
Support and manage change requests prioritization from the local site with value focus and global solution harmonization, participate to solution user acceptance tests and finally secure a quick and appropriate issues resolution with the support of local and global maintenance / delivery teams.
We also expect you to seek out best practices and innovative ideas, introduce them to site key users and leaders and implement when agreed.
You will actively work with development of the team and secure team spirit, energy and strive for high employee engagement.
Your profile
As a person, we expect you to have a genuine Business interest and the ability to work autonomously. You have experience and excellent understanding on business applications for manufacturing, logistics or controlling process in manufacturing industry.
Our main business processes are supported by SAP solutions and experience is required. If you also have Project management skills experience in agile ways of working that would be even better.
Since you will be working with colleagues around the world, you need to speak English. Preferable you will also speak Swedish as its needed in your everyday work on the site.
Most important in this role is that you have a desire to work with and develop people. You can inspire, coach and lead the team to deliver result.
You are open-minded, positive, creative, and have a "make it happen", "learn on the fly" attitude. You can take decisions quickly and enjoy solving problems and collaborating with your network to deliver high quality solutions. You have a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve.
You are not afraid of failure. You have failed, overcome difficulties, and learned from mistakes.
