Responsibility & What you will be doing:
As part of a global organization this new line role will be responsible for the common, cross Division Product master from a business perspective when it comes to;
* Processes/dataflow - a common, cross divisional, flow of data in the Product lifecycle of Create, Read, Update and Delete Product data
* Datamodel and structure that enable both the common divisional business processes and BI/AI usage of the data in an optimal way.
This responsibility means you are expected to identify and lead new initiatives, continues improvements and maintenance within the Product data management area. In this, represent, support and coordinate with and between the different Business areas. This will include owning coordinating forums, project lead in identified projects, drive workshops and identify and hold training and testing.
You will be working with many stakeholder both within IT and Business in the Division and the whole ASSA ABLOY Group. Since it is a new line role it will be expected to identify and establish new ways of working and relevant forums.
Your responsibility is not related to a specific IT platform, but initially a substantial part of the role will be leading a workstream in a current SAP ERP implementation project.
In this role you will report to the Product Manager Operations Director at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions.
The skills and experience you need:
A master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business management or 3-5 years related job experience of working in a similar Master Data Management or Business Process/Process Improvement. Preferrable in a role within Product masterdata in the area between business and IT.
Experience from ERP and/or data management platforms, experience on the level of Superuser including understanding of capabilities and main flows (i.e. SAP, AX, EBX, Salesforce)
We expect you to have experience in leading and/or coordinating cross functional teams and forums.
Since English is our corporate language, we expect you to be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues. Due to the global nature of the organization, the role requires some travel.

Workplace location
Stockholm is the primary working location for this position; however, we will also consider candidates that match, or exceed, the job criteria and are located within the European Community area. Due to the global nature of the organization, the role requires some travel.
