• Define Process roadmap, continuous improvements of process(es) including implementation
• Process adherence monitoring/governance

What is needed in this role:
• Relevant academic degree
• Experience in process modelling and guidance in process orientation and steering
• Experience in SAFe and Devops
• Comprehensive experience from process improvement, business optimization and project management in a more complex environment
• Good social skills, collaboration, and networking skills
• Fluency in written and oral English

We are now looking for a process manager who will drive and support process improvement. The process manager will be responsible for creating a common methodology and principles of ways of working within GBI in close collaboration with the management team and stakeholders within Swedbank.
You know the difference between processes and ways of working and will lead the operational work towards process orientation. We think you have documented experience in driving and implementing requirements.
You have a strong ability to learn by doing. A structured person who likes working with detailed requirement/regulations and still is capable to drive comprehensive implementation projects.
