Are you an experienced finance leader thrilled with the latest technologies to support digital transformation of accounting?
We are now looking for the Process Manager Reporting, who will focus on operational excellence in the delivery of RtR (Record to Report) process for Nordic entities of Tetra Pak. You will lead the experienced team to ensure the financial closing & reporting is executed timely and in line with the group and local rules. You will be part of FSBO Hub Sweden leadership team to drive execution of digital transformation of finance operations.
This position is located in Lund.
What you will do
Lead, develop and evaluate the team of 14 accounting professionals (direct contributors and leaders of others) to ensure that day to day operation is delivered timely and with quality
Take the full responsibility for timely closing and quality reporting of entities in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland
Plan and execute audit work for the group and statutory purposes
Assure local statutory compliance in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland
Overlook tax accounting (Corporate taxes, VAT, payroll taxes and social charges)
Act as a trusted business partner to Finance Directors, controllers, external outsourcer, and other stakeholders in line of business
Initiate, adopt and drive continuous improvement through deployment of modern tools or methods: process automation, analytics, data modeling, etc.
Be the key player within FSBO Hub Sweden Management team in deploying the strategy
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with a lot of energy, strong drive for results and your analytical as well as your communication skills are excellent.
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience with 5 years of people management experience
Well-established accounting and finance knowledge backed by experience in a multinational environment and/or audit firm
Continuous improvement mentality with experience in optimizing and standardizing the processes
Strong analytical skills with interests and preferably practical experience in application of digital tools or methods: process automation, analytics, data modeling, etc.
Highly developed interpersonal skills coupled with experience in building and managing effective teams
Change agent with strong personal drive, an ability to make things happen through direct reports
English knowledge at business level, knowledge of Swedish language is an advantage
Experience with SAP, Blackline or BOFC is an advantage
