We are now looking for a Business Project Manager for Business Administration Processes to join our global customer in the automotive industry. You will join the department Process & IT which is of increasing strategic importance for the whole organization. There are great expectations that the project will make them work more global, more integrated and more efficient throughout the organization. The P&IT function has the mission to drive process and IT strategy, development, efficiency and implementation. To meet those objectives an integrated global structure is needed, where it will be possible to drive change and improvements in a consistent way across the organization. You can choose to either work as a sub-consultant or employed by Poolia for this assignment. The assignment will start 2015-10-01 and continue until 2016-11-15 with possible extension.

The Process Manager for Purchasing Business Administration process develops and maintains the allocated process in order to reach the process targets and wanted characteristics on behalf of the Process Owners. The Process Owner is a line manager participating in Purchasing Management team.
Main Activities and Core Responsibilities:
• Define process strategy and roadmap on behalf of process owner and align with business strategies.
• Develop process measurements, KPIs and measurement reports according to Process Owner directives in order to track the implementation and performance of the process.
• Manage the Process Management budget.
• Collect process performance data, analyze and propose corrective actions and improvements.
• Drive process improvement based on targets, internal and external best practices and outcome of the measurements, audits and benchmark.
• Define process Roles
• Lead process forums, process teams and process developers working with Process Management.
• Set requirements on IS/IT tools supporting the process and facilitate implementation of such tools.
• Assure process implementation by providing process documentation, relevant training and support.
• Contribute to the development of company defined common Process Management methods and tools.
• Secure that the process is documented in the company Management System
• Responsible for nomenclature used in the process, including setting requirements on master data
• Acting as pre-study leader and project manager for strategic Process & IT studies and projects
• Lead change management activities to ensure successful deployment and rollout of new processes and IT solutions
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Competencies for the position
• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years' experience from a management position
• High integrity and courage to decide
• A business and customer orientation with a drive for results
• Communicative and with good influencing skills, able to create trustful relations
• Good knowledge about process methods and tools
• Knowledge in IS-GDP methodology
Experience Required:
• Adequate knowledge and experience from Automotive Purchasing processes
• Able to demonstrate successful international business experience within a global network
• Broad generalist profile with cross-functional background would be valuable
• Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and the Automotive business and processes
• Able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset and successful people & culture leadership
• Show a real talent for global and cultural integration
• When all documentation is in English, proficiency in the English language is required
