As a Process Manager for Product development you will have the responsibility that the process is clearly defined, efficient, and correct. You will ensure alignment with the master logic and interface processes. You should do continuously improve the process. You will work with expertise within Cevt to develop the process to meet tomorrow's requirement.
The assignment cover both the mechanical and the electrical process including Software development and release process.
Preferable you have good knowledge in automotive software development.
In this role you will report to the Director Operational Development and Process Management.
Work tasks
* Ensure the process is clearly defined, efficient and correct
* Ensure the process is aligned to the master logic and interface processes
* Ensure process descriptions, deliverables, standard work exists for the process.
* Ensure process descriptions, deliverables, standard work (templates) are understood by users.
* Ensure the continuous improvement of the process.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience within an R&D organisation
University degree
Work related competencies/knowledge:

* Good at English, spoken and written, is required
* R&D Experience
* Experience from Automotive product development
Knowledge in Agile methods is desirable
