Let's make a difference in finance for the many people
This role will take major part in developing the RPA initiative in Ikano bank. Furthermore, due to the team's areas of responsibility the role covers a variety of tasks and processes across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
• To support Process Owners and Product Managers (Owners) in fulfilling their responsibilities connected to the Process Management and End to End Workshop (relates to the Operational Risk Assessment) frameworks.
• To support the Head of Operations Development in updating and maintaining the Process Management, End to End Workshop and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) frameworks.
• Lead work in relation to the Process Management, End to End Workshop and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) frameworks.
• Actively take part in cross-functional collaboration between departments such as, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance and Risk

We believe you are an experienced process manager, working with process documentation and improvements.
It 's an advantage if you have a background within banking, retail banking or consumer finance and have been involved in RPA. As a person you are customer oriented, analytical, curious and creative in finding new ways of working. You have the ability to build relations and manage initiatives across geographical and cultural borders.
