The Product Data group is responsible for processes and platforms in the area of product data, which includes information models, product structures, classifications and standards. We are responsible for seeing that relevant, correct and complete information is available to our customers. The group consists of nine senior product data experts in metal cutting tools and processing. We are currently looking for someone to be responsible for process and delivery of product data, to be located in Sandviken.
Key performance areas
As the Process Manager for Product Data Delivery you will ensure that the digital product reaches the customers and other interested parties in an efficient manner, by standardized services as well as those satisfying specific needs. You will work to understand current and new requirements through participation in projects and dialogue with subsidiaries, customers and partners, and will transform the knowledge thus acquired into the development of services for the delivery of product data.

We are looking for someone with a Master's degree, or the equivalent knowledge, and experience in leading projects, process development and managing processes. Experience of, or insight into how R&D and product development function is advantageous, as is familiarity with technical product data, metal cutting and CAD/CAM systems. Good understanding of master data management, experience with managing requirements and a structured way of working are prerequisites, as are skills in English, in both writing and speaking.
You are creative, financially aware and good at organizing your work. Additionally, you are result oriented and independent: you take ownership of your area and have the ability to make decisions, initiate change and make things happen. You are also service oriented and can easily put yourself in the customers' shoes, while creating a network for the future. Your leadership is based on a holistic view, and you create functioning processes and turn requirements into concrete action.
