The Business Operations department has a strategic and tactical function in developing our operational processes Quotation and Order to Deliver (OTD). To meet the requirements and demands that rise in light of Industry 4.0, we are expanding and looking for a Process Manager for Digital OTD - someone who can set up and work with our processes and ways of working with the distribution of digital solutions to our customers.
In this position, you are preferably located in Sandviken, Sweden.
Key performance areas
As Process Manager for Digital OTD, you act in close cooperation with our Program Manager to design processes and develop our OTD solution for the Digital assortment. You build and automate the processes, and take ownership for continued improvements and developments. You also ensure that license management are developed in synchronization with our digital offer and OTD process. To transit the solution into SAP is another important part of this position, and you continuously handle uprising challenges - sometimes outside of your core responsibilities - in cooperation with your team.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field of studies and at least five years' work experience. Previous practice in process development and design is highly beneficial in this position, as is project management skills, software distribution experience and knowledge from digital projects. We work in a truly global organization, and you need excellent communication skills in English to succeed in this position, both written and verbal, while knowledge of Swedish is considered a plus.
