What You 'll Do
The Process Manager Demand Planning is part of the SIOP Centre of Excellence and accountable for the global demand planning processes connected to the Veoneer Planning System. Including secure that the demand planning processes are aligned and maintained, and that the organization is prepared to utilize the existing, as well as any new, system capabilities developed. The Demand Planner is responsible for developing, sharing the global end to end demand plan, and providing timely forecast analysis necessary for appropriate decision making.
Primary Tasks:
• Support local planning execution.
• Secure functioning system processes and data quality.
• Generate scenarios to facilitate risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Deliver second level system support.
• Lead the Demand Review and represent Demand Planning in the global SIOP process.
• Review and commit the global demand forecasts, utilizing statistical forecasting incorporating demand patterns and business trends as well as input from local Demand planners, to meet organization goals.
• Drive improvement.
• Secure cross-functional alignment, integrated with business strategies and product portfolio, to improve demand forecast accuracy, and other demand planning measures.
• As part of the SIOP Centre of Excellence, proactively provide system level improvements and training (System and Way of Working) to key stakeholders.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:
• Demand planning skills/experience, working with statistical models, business intelligence, and market and industry trend analysis
• Experience and understanding of Advanced Planning Systems (technically and organizationally)
• Ability to implement and drive Process Development and Change Management to secure value for stakeholders
• Demonstrate analytical skills and meet deadlines with a strong desire to execute tasks with quality and a sense of urgency
• Experience from Trainer role, preferably in the form of Super user or similar
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
Education
• University programs in Supply Chain, Engineering or relevant work experience
