Your responsibilities
Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of business procedures to align with organizational objectives, collaborating closely with the Operations Lead.
Lead and support projects focused on implementing new ways of working and introducing innovative processes and tools.
Analyze and adjust operational processes to enhance profitability while maintaining a focus on efficiency and cost consciousness.
Drive initiatives within the efficiency program, from conception to execution, to achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, serving as the primary point of contact for Business Units and Functional Units.
Play an integral role in the Operational management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational planning.

Fluency in English and Swedish.
