About the position
As a Process Manager you are a key person with responsibilities for Packaging processes within the production of dental products. In this role you primarily act as a person who set requirements and document the production processes.
Your key accountabilities are:
Support production so that short- and long-term production targets are met
Drive improvement projects in production, both locally and globally
Participate in product, process and machine projects in production, both locally and globally
Introduction of product changes and the handling of process deviations
Responsible for the life cycle of the process

We believe you have:
an academic background, preferably in mechanical/automation/electrical engineering or equivalent
more than five years' experience from automated manufacturing processes
experience from working with technical specifications
experience in developing and improving production processes
experience in Lean Production/Six Sigma and Design for Manufacturing principles
good documentation and communication skills in Swedish as well as English
