Find your place in a fast-moving environment where you have a key role in one of the central processes of the IT department. This position involves being the driver for making this work in practice, and involves cooperation with product responsible such as Service Delivery Managers, Process Architect as well as Local IT organizations.
Within the Asset Management function we want to have control over all IT Assets at H&M, throughout their lifecycle. This means having control over assets such as hardware and software from request and purchase to when they are retired.
To succeed in this role you need a general understanding of software and hardware products. We believe you enjoy structure and orderliness, and that you are service minded. You are able to think tactically and process oriented, but also good at sometimes performing operative and administrative tasks. You are used to drive and manage your own tasks, likes to take responsibility and make things happen. In your role you like to work with constant improvement, and enjoy doing practical things that make the whole IT business work better.

Your responsibilities as Asset Lifecycle Manager
The job comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Drive initiatives to improve process maturity of Asset Lifecycle Management processes across H&M IT, in cooperation with the process architect
• Drive implementation and follow-up of asset life cycle management, for all types of IT components H&M regards as assets (primarily hardware and software)
• Make improvements in routines and way-of-working
• Advice, educate and help Product Responsible in the IT organization to establish product life cycle management within their product area
• Give tool support (ServiceNow) and way of working, for assets and life cycle management
• Analyze and perform reporting on asset and product status

• Solution-oriented with good ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to understand structures and processes
• Self-going, with a personal drive and the ability to lead, hold together and complete assigned tasks
• Well-developed mind for order and structure in their approach
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
• Experience and knowledge of ITIL and ITSM is a plus
