Job Summary

The Process Manager, Sales & Engagement Excellence reports into Global Head of Sales & Engagement Excellence and is part of the Group Function Sales Team.

In this role you will help driving Sales and Engagement Practice (EP) Excellence through close collaboration with Sales and EP Communities in the regions, Business Units and other Group functions. This role will focus on improving the sales methodologies, ways of working, processes and tools to secure a successful execution of Ericsson sales strategy.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Challenge, develop and evolve ways of working and sales methodologies for sales
Develop and engage in sales community to gather feedback and continually improve
Develop and implement improved, standardized and harmonized ways of working, sales process and tools both operational, tactical and strategically
Set relevant KPIs and benchmark for sales performance
Define and implement end to end business flow in sales

Qualification

Bachelor or Master degree within relevant area
Experience from Sales or Engagement Practice. Core 3 and/or CSI sales experience is an advantage.
Business and operational improvement experience
Process development experience (
Experience driving/supporting global or regional change management programs
Fluent in English
