Process and Solution Warranty shall be the link between the Warranty organization and the process and solution organization and is responsible for managing all requests towards Global Warranty end-to-end Processes and Solutions.
Role Summary
As our new Process Manager - Warranty you will get the opportunity to develop, maintain and improve the process and to prioritize development of IT solutions utilized. All in order to reach the required process performance and capabilities. In this role you will also support the business information manager to manage the information flow within the process area and the information exchange with other process areas. In this role it is your responsibility to act as a Process Management Coach for other departments.
Main Responsibilities
• Design, develop and improve process and put requirements on IT solutions based on customer/ receiver needs and benchmarks
• Define process measurements and develop measurement system
• Define Process Design Requirements to translate all business needs and comply with governing policies and directives in the Volvo Group
• In tight cooperation with Business Sub Portfolio Manager (BSPM) and Solution Leader (SL); prioritize, plan, develop and communicate the process and IT solution improvement plan
• Agree on upstream and downstream interface with related processes, in the lead on downstream; all output must be agreed by receiver.
• Support and follow-up process compliance and secure corrective actions with Business Process Developers and Line Organization
Authority
• Approve integration requests between solutions impacting Warranty
• Approve the process design and documentation for Warranty
