We are now looking for two additional Process Managers for Order and Delivery Management to work in a multicultural team to design and digitalize our order and delivery processes.
You will work in close collaboration with other process managers from different process areas (Supply, Finance, Service Delivery, Trade...) and support global initiatives (e.g. lighthouses, ERP change out program, global projects, ..) to define global processes and solutions resulting in digitalization and automation of the order management process.
You will drive process development and ensure supporting system design in an agile environment.
You will support and work closely with continental process drivers from the different Market Areas.
The position will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
You will
Design ways of working within the order and delivery management process
Develop strategy and process requirements
Re-engineer order management business processes
Pursue E2E automation and digitalization
Safeguard order and delivery management processes and systems to ensure stable operations
Ensure demand management and development of new IT solutions
Ensure clear and efficient requirement handling of both, short and long term requirements
Handle roles and authorizations to meaning IT systems
To be successful in the role you must have
Education: Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge in whatever way acquired
Min years of experience: 10 years
Good knowledge of the Supply Chain processes and operations
Knowledge of Ericsson Operational Model, Contract Accounting and Supply Financial model
Experience in SAP ERP ECC (SAP ONE) or S/4 HANA.
Validated experience in order management
Domain experience: order management, logistics, supply chain, contract accounting and sourcing
