As a process manager, your role is to ensure the process quality, quantity and safety. You are responsible that the process operates within budget- and time limitations (

• Guarantee the transformation of raw material into semi-finished products in accordance with costs, deadlines and quality within a secure environment.
• Health & safety, promote a good working environment and prevent risks.
• Environment, minimize environmental impact and COD levels.

Other requirements include:
• Dairy Engineer/Dairy Technologist/Dairy Technician or similar degree.
• Knowledge within dairy technology, microbiology, food chemistry and quality.
• Experience within automation.
• Experience within production management, organization tools and methods (Lean), flow management, office systems, salary systems, environmental and safety systems.
