We are looking to recruit a manager who wants to work with processes and technology in our Process Management Logistics unit. Stationed at the Ericsson Module Production site in Borås, Sweden, you will be part of an environment that encourages you to develop and grow within your area of expertise.
Job description
The Process Management Logistics unit has responsibility for the development of the Material Handling, Production Planning, and Procurement processes at Borås. These are aimed at creating a strong and effective supply chain. The department has nine members. We are proactive and operate several process teams, projects and improvement work in the Supply Chain Management area.
We are now entering a phase of new, exciting challenges and they will make new, higher demands of our work. Our team has extensive knowledge of our processes and accomplish development in an efficient way.
Formal Qualifications
Bachelor degree in economics or logistics or equivalent work experience.
Competence
We are looking for a leader who has the ability to encourage staff to perform to their best and create an open atmosphere in the team. You will need to be a fast decision maker who has previous leadership/managerial experience.
You will have experience from process development and a thorough understanding of the correlation between processes and staff. You have wide experience in, and extensive knowledge of, supply processes.
You easily manage to see the big picture and are able to change perspectives. You have, as a leader, a great ability to generate energy in your organization and create an open atmosphere through empowerment.
You will work in an international environment, so you are a good communicator in English and Swedish. We expect you to contribute with your experience and share your knowledge with colleagues and Ericsson.
