Ericsson Supply Site in Kumla is globally responsible for predevelopment, industrialization and initial production of the next generation radio base stations.

Publiceringsdatum2011-01-13Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Process/Maintenance Technician we want you to:
• Be our first line support in SMA and sometimes in the entire production
• Be part of the line crew and work with prototypes, ramp up and reference volumes
• Work with preventive actions and minimize upcoming problems
• Follow up and work with our performance indicators in the entire process
• Be the link to maintenance support
• Be the link between the production and production technology and quality
• Be the support to the production leader when it comes to technical issues
• Be a driver in all sorts of improvement work
• Have a learning profile in the team
• Work with corrective and preventive maintenance on all production equipment
• Work with troubleshooting and analysis of root cause
• Work as a maintenance technician on full time when the ordinary maintenance technician is absent.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a lot of experience of prototype production and Industrialization of electronic products and you have machine operator skills with deeper technical competence.
You have no problems leading a small group of people and you cooperate easily with a lot of different functions in the organization.
You have the ability to think logical and be able to prioritize and you can handle a lot of changes and have the ability to re-plan and "get on the road again".
You have the will to improve things and also an ability to work structured in a standardized way and you take advantage of, and like challenges.
You should also have:
• A secondary-school education (for example, a three-year technology program), and at least one year of relevant university studies
• Machine operator skills, at least two years, and very good knowledge of the SMA process
• Good product knowledge
• IS/IT competence; Bar-Track, PRIM, Cab Tool, compusage, Cops, Compview, vManage
• Mechanical skills
• You have no problems writing and speaking Swedish and English.
