We are now recruiting a Process Leader to Nobel Biocare! As a Process Leader you are the group manager who coordinates the day-to-day activities of your team within the production, ensuring that the manufacturing processes run in accordance with set goals, routines and quality standards. This is a temporary placement, however with good opportunities for a prolonged employment with Nobel Biocare. Starting date as soon as possible.
Publiceringsdatum2014-06-13Dina arbetsuppgifterIn this role you are responsible for leading and planning tasks within your group in the production, as well as follow-ups and communication of KPI's. You have full manager responsibility for your team, as well as responsibility for the working environment within your department. Further areas of responsibility are:
• Participating during budget and goal setting process for own department.
• When needed, acting as a project manager for development/improvement projects where own
department is involved.
• Driving continuous improvements to improve own department and to reach department KPIs.
• Responsible for the department interprets and measuring instruments are calibrated according to
standard procedures.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have graduated from secondary school, are an experienced leader and have had some formal management training as well as project management, f ex Six Sigma. Your English and Swedish skills are excellent, both verbally and written.
In order to be successful in this position, your interpersonal skills as well as your skills in managing people, continuous improvement, communication and delegating od tasks are essential. You also need good skills in Lean/Six Sigma and MS Office. It is beneficial if you are also experienced in medical technology.
