Read more about us at franchisor.IKEA.comRetail Operation Solution & Support is a department within IKEA Expansion, Core Business Franchise, with the assignment to maintain and deliver the IIS Retail Package to IKEA retailers.Job DescriptionWe are now looking for a Process Leader Finance to support all the IKEA retailers that are operating on the Retail Package and to be part of developing this package to meet the future demands of the customers and IKEA retailers.Your main tasks will be to provide know how of processes and tools for the areas Finance, Recovery and Cash Office through a super user network and capture needs of improvements from the business.Supporting the expansion of IKEA in existing and new markets will be an important part of your assignment, especially in the areas of your responsibility.Master Version is a central part of this Retail Package and is an application suit adapted to IKEA needs based on the standard systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV, LS NAV, Microsoft 365 CRM and Qlik SenseYou will participate in development initiatives in all areas to further improve the Retail Package and be the natural point of contact internally for finance related matters to secure compliance to international financial and accounting standards.QualificationsWe believe you have relevant experience from working within IKEA retailing in the areas of Finance, Recovery and/or Cash office and familiar with the business processes within these functions.Solid knowledge and experience in finance is required.Competence in how to operate any of the Master Version applications is an advantage especially NAV.Creation of training material and facilitation of trainings is part of the job which is why you should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and verbal.Experience from process and system development is an advantage.As a person you are structured, delivery focused and a good team player. Of course you have a passion for customers and retailing and highly motivated to contribute to the growth of IKEA retailers.
