hela Sverige Do you have experience within engineering and interested in taking a leading role in the production of some of Sweden's most well-known brands? Then you might be our new Process Lead at Carlsberg Sweden's water & soft drink bottle production site, located in Ramlösa, Helsingborg.
Job description
In the role of Process Lead you are responsible for the Process Mixing area. Together with your team of six operators you primarily must ensure to deliver required liquids to the production lines. You are part of the Ramlösa local management team and report directly to the Plant Director.
Responsibilities
• Lead by example in ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaged workplace.
• Ensure compliance to food safety and hygiene standards within the area
• Lead & actively participate in continuous improvements of the process area
• Create development plans for your team
• Drive continuous improvement of Carlsberg operational methods & standards
• Maintain & improve on your area's financial budget
• Actively participate in investment projects when affecting Mixing area
• Actively participates as part of the management team to develop and achieve objectives.

About you
We believe you have a university degree within engineering or equivalent. You have a few years' experience within a production environment and a strong interest in managing people and ready stepping up in a leading role. You have experience in delivering performance improvements through Lean TPM methodology. Do you have previous experience as a leader, it is a plus, but not a requirement. For the right person we will provide trainings, tools and coaching to become a successful leader within Carlsberg Sverige. Since we are a global organization, you are fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
As a person you are an inspirational people person, with strong influencing and relationship-building abilities, who champions continuous improvements. You have solid analytical skills and a strong planning/organizing attitude. We also believe you have a strong tendency for action and are results oriented, with the ability to prioritize and work independently, as well as proactively.
