We are currently looking for a Process Innovator to an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity a 1-year contract starting as soon as possible with the possibility for an extension.

About the role:

Drive and implement innovation strategies and process development within SENA to increase sell-out, operational efficiency, process automation and data driven business operations. Part of the control tower from risk management perspective within SCM and RM operations.

Key Accountabilities:

* Analyze SCM & Retail Management KPI 's
* Identify process improvement opportunities in close collaboration with business representatives
* Translate business requirements into process and system specifications, data flows and implementation roadmaps
* Create concept reports/dashboards and data models
* Collaborate with the development team to communicate business requirements, data models and architectural decisions
* Monitor channel inventory and weeks of supply
* Drive Retail Management improvements
* Improve Channel information visibility
* Facilitate workshops and trainings to educate business users in GSCM and BI tools
* Drive HQ/EHQ/SENA initiated projects

Job Scope:

* Monitor, analyze and follow up SCM & Retail Management KPI 's, support sales and retail in how to improve forecast accuracy and other KPI 's
* Lead innovation projects across the SENA organization (Customer Value Proposition projects, retail management reinforcement, BI related initiativs etc.)
* Facilitate workshops and trainings to educate and train stake holders in KPI 's, SCM systems and BI tools
* Drive change management within the organization (sell-out operation, Retail Management meeting reinforcement etc.)
* Maintenance of accurate master data in SCM system
* Prepare and present reports/presentations

Your Profile:

Qualifications Required:

* Master degree (Business or Engineering)
* Advanced Excel and Power point skills
* Good understanding of database structures and data modelling
* English language
* Swedish language (good to have)

Experience:

* Project lead- and coordination experience
* Background within Retail Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or as Data Analyst
* Experience of Customer contact.
* Experience from basic data integration work
* Experience in environment with many different systems

* The ability to communicate and interact effectively within the company across different functions is required
* The ability to multi-task, organize and manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
* Flexible, logically minded and tolerant with problem solving skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Well presented and professional with strong customer focus.
