MultiMind is currently looking for a Process Innovation Analyst with Master Data focus to our client, a well-known Global Electronics Company.
This is an initial 12 month consultant assignment.
As a Process Innovation Analyst you will be working and analyzing big amounts of data. The role requires an analytical, logical and problem solving skill set. You will report to the Process Innovation Manager, work closely with the Sales and Supply chain managers and support regular and ad-hoc requests with strong analytical and reporting skill.
Main tasks
• Maintenance of accurate master data in SCM system
• Lead innovation projects across the organization (Customer Value Proposition projects, retail management reinforcement etc.)
• Drive change management within the organization (sell-out operation, Retail Management meeting reinforcement etc.)
• Monitor, analyze and follow up SCM & Retail Management KPI's, support sales and retail in how to improve forecast accuracy and other KPI's
• Educate and train stake holders in KPI's and SCM systems
• Support the organization in operations improvement
• Analyze SCM & Retail Management KPI's
• Monitor channel inventory and weeks of supply
• Retail Management meeting implementation and improvement
• Improve Channel information visibility
• Drive initiated projects
• Prepare and present reports/presentations
Qualifications
Experience:
• Analytical experience and experience of handling big amount of data
• At least three years experience from retail and/or suply chain management
• Experience of Customer contact
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Fluent skills in English and Swedish
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven who take own initiatives
• The ability to multi-task, organize and manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Well-presented and professional with strong customer focus
Education
• At least Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering
