Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Scania Financial Processes Centre (SFPC), is since 2013 an established Shared Service Centre within Scania. Our organisation is located in Södertälje, Bangalore and Krakow and is handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. SFPC stakeholders are to be found within Scania 's Industrial Operation, Commercial Operation as well as Financial Services. The Geographical scope is EU, Norway, Switzerland and Australia.

We need to strengthen our organisation with Scania business and/or financial knowledge, with driving force and proactivity, to support us when growing and developing in to a mature Shared Service Centre.

Your tasks

Work with finance process development within areas such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Month end closing etc, which e.g. is including:

• Participate in projects and lead minor projects/assignments
• Work with digitalization projects such as RPA, e-invoice etc
• Test new solutions, process and IT
• Educate colleagues within SFPC or other stakeholders in connection with new or changed processes
• Work with root cause analysis and problem solving. Analyse and understand information flows and set ups in our systems, with the objective to solve problems in our daily operations

Your profile

You have an education in finance, with minimum 3-5 years ' work experience. You have good knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger including the process related systems, such as Oracle, Axapta and Basware IM.

You have experience of third party/vendor management, been working within a Shared Service Centre and understand the connection between service delivery and the value for our customers business.

You are customer oriented with a passion for service, improvements and change. Working in SFPC involves handling several clients and processes, why you need to be well structured, organised and like to work in highly intensive environment.

You have an analytical mind-set, with the ability to identify trends and patterns, are well structured and act decisively on any deviations that you observe. It is also beneficial if you have the knowledge and ability to build financial reports from different financial systems.

You are also a team player with good communication and cooperation skills. As you work field will be Europe as well as India where we have our processing team, you need to be skilled in communicating in English and Swedish. A third language is a merit. You will represent SFPC in cross-functional projects why it is important with flexibility, go-ahead spirit and high accountability.
