We are now looking for two Process Implementation Advisors within O&M Processes and Systems
A Process Implementation Advisor ensures efficient and effective Operations and Maintenance (O&M) processes in BA Wind through a high understanding of our common processes and how they are supported by our systems. Commitment is key to ensure a high level of understanding for the processes and systems through providing professional trainings, key user support, and driving prompt resolution of issues. The Process Implementation Advisor will furthermore lead the implementations of our common processes and systems at our wind farm sites as well as follow up to ensure compliance and help improve performance.

Main responsibilities and tasks
• Assess the change impact and implement new processes and system functionality at existing or new sites.
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
• Ensure proper understanding of and ability to work according to our common service execution processes and integrated supply chain at the sites
• Follow up site process compliance and performance and support site to improve
• Gather and suggest process and system improvements to the Process community
• Train and support users in the execution of the harmonised processes
• Develop implementation documentation and training material
• Implement new process changes/improvements in the O&M organisation by guiding users through the change
• Proactively follow up with site personnel to get feedback and resolve any problems
• Support process development and escalate issues in the process and documentation
• Participate in the process community, design workshops and user acceptance tests
• Liaise closely with SAP and Master Data professionals

Qualifications
• A technical university degree or experience within an Engineering or Scientific discipline
• At least 3-5 years' experience either supporting or executing plant maintenance within an engineering discipline or implementing maintenance processes
• High-level skills in MS Office
• Experience in SAP, especially in the PM and MM modules, working hands on with plant maintenance
• Practical experience in change management
• Experience as a trainer and project management skills
• Fluent in English

Location: Stockholm or Vattenfall's Main Office locations in Kolding, Amsterdam or Hamburg. Other Vattenfall Wind locations may be considered. Regular business trips to Vattenfall BA Wind locations in Europe are required.
