Process Expert Engineer
We are looking for a qualified Process Engineer to develop, plan and maintain process design for our hydrogen plant and operations. The person is part of a team of experts that are taking on the challenge of scaling green hydrogen production to industrial levels that can in turn be used to limit the carbon footprint for other types of productions like iron ore reduction or steel making.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to design and maintain a well-balanced and efficient process design
Review of vendor's and engineering firm's documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations
Act as main contact internally on interfaces between different processes (for example clear demands on ASU, water treatment plan etc)
Coordinate the work between the electrolyzer suppliers and engineering firm from a process perspective
Ensuring planned engineering (process) progress with respect to the engineering
deliverables
Process design & detail Engineering including performing process design calculations, process optimization, sizing & selection of equipments etc.
Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as
Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
Proven experience as a process engineer in hydrogen or oil & gas where you have created lasting impact.
Ability to innfluence, lead and mentor others.
Ability to build and develop things from scratch where little is know or in place.
Relevant Engineering Degree
