We are now looking for a new Process Excellence Manager Integrated Supply Chain.
Main responsibilities
As Process Excellence Manager Integrated Supply Chain(ISC) you will be part in a global team which provides support to all sites worldwide. You will need to establish a strong network within ISC as well as businesses in order to meet our high expectations.
Key Accountabilities:
Leads process standardization and digitization to achieve World Class Supply Chain Operations via Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Proactively seeks, lead and implements improvement opportunities
Improves the level of knowledge and training in Supply Chain and Operations Departments.
Lead change and foster an operational excellence culture at all sites and ISC functions
Ensure sites and functions working according to World Class Standards and the IBP Processes
Liaise with ISC LT members to improve and automate KPI management
Govern Nouryon programs being deployed to safeguard end-to-end efficiencies
Liaise with IM CoE to ensure process excellence solutions are built on solid IT solution architecture
Qualifications
Experience as implementation lead for key SAP and MES modules
Experience in managing global projects
Deep experience working with SAP (Super/Key User) - required
Experience with Supply Chain and Manufacturing Execution platforms - preferred
Good understanding of ALPS (internal candidates)/Manufacturing Operating systems
Good Multi-cultural skills and change management
Strong communicator
Substantial travelling
University Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Economics, Business administration or applicable experience of 7-10 years
