Your mission
As Process Excellence Specialist, you will analyze and perform bridging activities between business and IT related to pricing and pricing processes. You will define the business needs, maintain and improve specifications/infrastructure with IT to deliver superior price management application and processes.
Efficiency throughout the pricing organization is the golden rule. You will be sure that high prioritized activities that supports the pricing excellence mission are being implemented in an efficient and professional manner.
The role will be directly reporting to Global Pricing Manager and be a part of process excellence team. As well as being a member of a global team, you will have a direct ownership of pricing software.
Your profile
You have a university degree in relevant field (such as Business, Economics or Engineering) or equivalent competence through experience. You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with strong business perspective, an understanding of application landscape and requirements to achieve business objectives. Experience in pricing applications such as Pricepoint is meriting.
You have very strong analytical capabilities with a proven business acumen and customer orientation. You are accountable with strong ability to facilitate change management. A strong command in English, both spoken and written, is required.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
